List #41 - Things that made my week feel easier…

Lists are composed of five things that caught my eye in the past week- from brands to food to clothes.

  1. Dinner can be toast. Sourdough + whatever is in the fridge = effortless “I ate something real” without the drama. Like this recipe here from NYTimes Cooking.

  2. My 8-minute walk reset. No pressure, no skincare. Just steps, air, brain quiet. Yes, this is a Huberman Lab link.

  3. The “no new browser tab until I finish the one I’m on” rule. Productivity hack. Window-pane browser clean lines + fewer digital black holes. For more great productivity hacks, I reference the always-brilliant Maggie Sellers.

  4. Charging my phone in a different room at night. Out of sight = out of doomscrolling mind. Sleep energy, improved.

  5. My WFH uniform. Black leggings or these jeans, oversized knit, same jewelry I always wear. Cozy enough not to dread the day, polished enough to answer the door when the UPS guy shows up.
